Helen is a Plot Sales Partner.
Helen has more than 30 years of experience working in the housing and regeneration and affordable housing sector.
She provides support to registered providers and housing associations, covering open market new build plot sales and site setup; shared ownership new build plot sales and site setup; and section 106 agreements, site visits and Land Registry advice on estate plans and plot plans.
Examples of Helen’s work include:
- Completing a mixed tenure site of 58 new build plots.
- Completing a mixed tenure site in Skelmersdale.
- Carrying out various site set ups for properties acquired under Section 106 Agreements together with the onward sales by Shared Ownership Lease.
- Acting on the Great Places affordable housing shared ownership sales at a development located on the former Mellands Playing Fields between Mount Road and Wembley Road (303 new homes) including new football pitches, a community hub, and a mix of apartments and houses.
