Aaron is a Corporate Solicitor.
Aaron advises business owners, entrepreneurs and SMEs on a broad range of corporate matters, with particular experience supporting across complex acquisitions, disposals, investment transactions and corporate governance matters.
From major UK housing providers and institutional investors to SMEs, management teams and privately-owned businesses, Aaron works with clients across a diverse range of sectors including housing, infrastructure, transport, property, heritage and tourism.
Aaron specialises in supporting the full lifecycle of acquisitions, disposals and investments (including legal due diligence, transaction document drafting and negotiation, disclosure processes, completion mechanics and post-completion matters).
Examples of Aaron’s work include:
- Supporting the sell-side team on the disposal of L&Q’s private rented sector business, Metra Living, to a fund managed by Morgan Stanley in a transaction valued at more than £1 billion.
- Assisting on the multi-million-pound acquisition of Eden Camp – one of the UK’s best-known heritage and visitor attractions. The transaction required careful consideration of both commercial and operational issues associated with the acquisition of a significant heritage asset.
- Supporting the multi-million-pound disposal of Evolution Infrastructure Limited to Steer Davies & Gleave Ltd, assisting with due diligence, disclosure exercises and transaction documentation.
- Supporting the management team in connection with a significant investment by Foresight Group, including involvement in transaction documentation and exposure to management participation arrangements, investment structures and the commercial issues commonly encountered in private equity-backed transactions.
