Alaric is a Commercial Real Estate Partner.
Alaric has more than 45 years of experience in property-related matters, with particular expertise in dealing with landlord and tenant related matters, promotion agreements, overage agreements and option agreements.
He also advises lenders and borrowers in refinancing, acquisitions and development funding, has specialist expertise in dealing with unregistered land, and provides commercial property due diligence support in share and asset deals and company restructuring.
Alaric has acted for a wide range of corporate, investor, developer, and high-net-worth clients on both commercial real estate and residential property transactions.
Examples of Alaric’s work include:
- Acting for client in refinancing to a different bank – involving a property portfolio of more than 20 properties with a value of more than £17 million.
- Supporting on the acquisition of a new headquarters for a nationwide engineering company, with a value of £3.6 million.
- Advising on the acquisition of a listed country mansion with approximately 200 acres of woodland, valued at £2.4 million.
- Negotiating a promotion agreement involving 50 acres of agricultural land for residential purposes.
- Acting for a landowner in a conditional option agreement for the development of land for use for a solar farm and battery storage facility.
