Alex is a Commercial Associate.
Alex advises on, drafts and negotiates all types of commercial agreements for a range of businesses including standard terms and conditions; supply and purchase agreements; confidentiality agreements; software agreements; licensing of intellectual property; affiliate and event sponsorship agreements; and distribution agreements.
She also provides day-to-day support for the in-house legal team at an international aviation engineering company.
Examples of Alex’s work include:
- Drafting and negotiating numerous documents and transactions for a metal recovery company.
- Preparing and advising on several arrangements with an international power handling manufacturer.
- Providing multiple contracts for an online sports betting platform.
