Alexander is a Corporate Partner.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Alexander specialises in advising dentists, care home providers, doctors and pharmacists on the sale and purchase of businesses and companies.
He also advises healthcare businesses on a range of internal and external contractual arrangements, including the relationships they have with each other, and with regulatory authorities such as the NHS and CQC.
Examples of Alexander’s work include:
- Acting in more than 1,000 dental practice business and company purchases and sales, with a value of in excess of £500 billion. This includes a recent seven-site company sale for £6 million and a recent eight-site company purchase with bank funding for £5 million.
- Helping to set up a new joint venture multi-site group between a UK-based specialist dental provider and business coach, and an established USA-based dental practice chain.
- Assisting in a recent fire sale of a company that had an insolvent dental practice to avoid possible liquidation.
- Assisting many clients with joint venture, shareholders, partnership, and expense-sharing agreements.
