Alexandra is a Commercial Real Estate Partner.
Alexandra supports clients with all aspects of commercial real estate matters.
She has particular experience advising on commercial estate management on behalf of institutional investors with large property portfolios in the industrial, office and retail sectors, including property development, acquisitions and disposals and infrastructure planning.
Her areas of expertise include commercial acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management and asset strategy, development projects, land acquisition and site structuring, leasing strategy for landlords and occupiers, strategic land and promotion agreements, and real estate (including property management, property development).
Examples of Alexandra’s work include:
- Advising on the £35 million sale of a former hotel in London.
- Advising an estate owner on possible constraints which could prevent or delay a redevelopment project, and working with the client to reach workable solutions.
- Advising multiple clients on the delivery of electricity infrastructure to facilitate development projects, as well as to augment supplies on existing estates.
- Acting on behalf of a national chain of gyms in relation to their property portfolio.
- Advising on boundary agreements to enable development of the adjoining land.
- Overseeing three large property investment portfolios based largely within the Thames Valley.
- Acting on behalf of one of the UK’s largest privately-owned property investment groups, dealing with both asset management and acquisitions and disposals of their national property portfolio.
