Allison has more than 29 years’ experience advising on major infrastructure projects for central and local government, corporate clients, and lenders.

During that time, she has been lead adviser on some of the UK’s most challenging transport projects including Lower Thames Crossing, the M25 Highways Maintenance PFI, and the procurement and subsequent litigation of the Birmingham Highways PFI.

She advises public and private sector clients on complex, transformational infrastructure projects across the energy, transport, waste and pharmaceutical sectors.

Examples of Alison’s work include:

• Acting as the lead adviser responsible for procuring a multi-billion-dollar suite of pharmaceutical facilities across Europe for the production, processing and testing of drugs.
• Advising on a number of procuring authorities, contractors and lenders on energy from waste, education, healthcare, accommodation, and housing PPPs.
• Delivering a suite of capital expenditure projects in the UK and Denmark with a combined value of just under $7 billion.
