Amanda advises clients across a wide range of property transactions, specialising in residential conveyancing, buy-to-let acquisitions and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
She works with homeowners, first-time buyers and property investors, providing straightforward, tailored advice to meet their individual needs.
Before qualifying as a property lawyer, Amanda worked in the estate agency sector, giving her valuable insight into the residential property market and the practical challenges that can arise during a transaction. This experience, combined with more than a decade of legal expertise, enables her to provide pragmatic advice and guide matters efficiently from instruction through to completion.
