Amy is a Real Estate Investment Senior Associate.
Amy advises on the acquisition, disposal and financing of both freehold and leasehold residential properties, encompassing existing housing stock as well as new build developments, with particular expertise advising high-profile and institutional investors on the growth of their residential property portfolios.
She provides support drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, including leases, contracts and transfer deeds, as well as assisting on a range of complex and large-scale projects in Single Family Housing transactions and the Build-to-Rent sector.
Examples of Amy’s work include:
- Providing strategic advice and tailored solutions to an educational institution with their acquisition, letting and disposal of part of its on-site staff housing portfolio.
- Assisting an institutional investor in the acquisition of 110 new build plots under a forward-funding agreement in respect of a large-scale residential development.
- Drafting and negotiating leases for a developer in North Wales in connection with the disposal of luxury residential apartments.
