Amy provides licensing and gambling advice to a range of clients in the hospitality, leisure and gambling sectors, with particular expertise preparing and administering applications to local authorities and the Gambling Commission, supporting clients with online sports betting and gambling compliance, and providing support on wider real estate and commercial transactions from a licensing and gambling perspective.

She primarily works with local authorities and other regulatory bodies, as well as client businesses and individuals, particularly when clients are setting up a new business, selling or buying premises, or at insolvency.

Examples of Amy’s work include:

• Supporting a client to obtain a high casino license in the West End of London, providing licensing and gambling facilities.
• Providing licensing advice and support to a large online shopping retailer in respect of their license application portfolio.
• Assisting a real estate transaction for a convenience store and a caravan park by providing advice on the agreement for the lease from a licensing perspective.
