Andrew is Property Director.
Andy is Property Director and a Chartered Building Surveyor with more than 15 years’ experience in commercial construction and property. He is responsible for implementing our real estate strategy, providing transactional and technical advice and overseeing our property portfolio.
Andy leads the delivery of our construction and fit-out programmes, coordinating each project from planning through to completion and bringing together contractors, suppliers and colleagues across the business. He maintains oversight of programme, cost and delivery, ensuring projects are carefully managed, completed on time and within budget, and that our working environments reflect the professional standards expected across Knights.
He also plays an important role in acquisitions and the integration of new locations, coordinating the property requirements and capital projects needed to bring them into our business quickly and efficiently while maintaining consistent standards.
