Anna specialises in property disputes across both the commercial and residential sectors, with particular expertise handling complex land and title disputes, advising clients on construction and enforcement of easements and land covenants, adverse possession claims, trespass and intricate land registration issues.

Anna maintains a robust commercial property litigation portfolio, guiding both landlords and tenants through lease renewals, lease termination, breach of covenant claims and forfeiture proceedings. She also routinely acts for landlords in the residential tenancies sector, advising on the recovery of possession, breaches of tenants’ covenants, as well as guiding landlords through the changes introduced by the Renters’ Rights Act 2025.

• Representing the estate in relation to enforcement of a loan agreement where the borrower alleged that the terms had been varied by the lender.
• Challenging the amount due under a charge secured on a residential property after the possession order was executed, involving challenging the basis of the execution of the order.
• Representing clients in front of the Land Tribunal in respect of adverse possession claims.
• Advising on the construction of freehold covenants, and whether they were personal and could be enforced by successors in title.
• Advising on the construction of a right of way and whether the right allowed a land developer to improve the road and create new access points.
