Anna is a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor.
Anna advises across a range of commercial and residential property matters.
Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating leases for all types of commercial property, acting on commercial property acquisitions, and advising property owners on telecommunications matters.
She also supports on the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and sales, rectifications of title, and transactional work following the resolution of property disputes or transfers of real estate in family and estate matters.
Examples of Anna’s work include:
- Applying to the Land Registry to register property and land.
- Acting for and advising land and property owners on telecoms matters in accordance with the Electronic Communications Code (Schedule 3A of the Communications Act 2003).
