Ariella specialises in complex landlord-side real estate matters, advising institutional landlords and investors on the acquisition, development, letting and ongoing management of commercial property portfolios, with a particular focus on business parks and innovation campuses.
Her practice spans the full lifecycle of commercial assets, from development-led transactions and agreements for lease through to strategic asset management and portfolio restructuring.
Ariella’s specialisms include advising on pre-lets, new leases, lease renewals, licences for alterations, surrenders, re-gears, deeds of variation, rights and easements, service charge frameworks, utility infrastructure, title issues and lender consent requirements.
Examples of Ariella’s work include:
- Advising on the property aspects of a complex multi-company demerger, including the transfer of a large commercial property portfolio.
- Acting on the refinancing of a major business park, advising on property due diligence, title matters, lender requirements and transaction deliverables.
- Advising and supporting the client on the development of a new £14 million amenity hub, from the planning and development phase through to the pre-letting strategy and associated transaction documentation.
