Ashley is a Corporate Senior Associate.
Ashley advises across a range of corporate transactional and advisory matters, delivering commercially-focused legal support across the entire business lifecycle.
His expertise includes advising on share sales and acquisitions, asset sales and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, investments, and other complex corporate transactions.
He works closely with clients to structure deals efficiently, manage legal risk, and achieve their strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Alongside transactional work, Ashley advises on a variety of general corporate law matters, including drafting and advising on bespoke shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, and providing practical guidance on corporate governance to help companies establish robust governance frameworks and meet their ongoing statutory and regulatory obligations.
Ashley supports a diverse client base, ranging from owner-managed SMEs and growing businesses to large international corporates operating across multiple sectors.
