Becky specialises in advising commercial freeholders in the acquisition, administration, and management of large-scale property portfolios involving both freehold and leasehold developments.
Examples of Becky’s work include:
- Advising the developer of new build properties which were sold on long leases to enter into deeds of variation with tenants to reduce the burden of annual ground rent increases.
- Aiding the transfer of 30 subsidiary companies to a parent company to bring the group’s property portfolio into common ownership to reduce costs and administration.
- Dealing with general tenant enquiries on behalf of private equity investment freeholders.
- Assisting on several multi-million-pound portfolio acquisitions.
