Caroline is a Private Client Partner.
“Caroline specialises in advising the farming community on Inheritance Tax, succession planning, wills, partnership agreements, Powers of Attorney, trusts, gifting structures, Agricultural and Business Property Reliefs, probate, and estate administration.
She is a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Agricultural Law Association, and the Country Land and Business Association (CLA).
Examples of Caroline’s work include:
- Working with a family with a farm worth in the region of £25 million to put their affairs in order and undertake succession planning when a senior member of the family was taken ill suddenly.
- Advising the farming community with gifting and Inheritance Tax planning following the changes to Business and Agricultural Property Reliefs which came into effect in April 2026, supporting families to maximise and maintain their allowances and reliefs.
