Caryn is a Commercial Real Estate Partner.
Caryn specialises in residential development, acting for residential developers who build out residential and residential-led mixed-use schemes. She has also acted for large developers on regeneration schemes in and around London, where they have partnered with London borough councils.
Caryn deals with site acquisitions (conditional and unconditional contracts), carries out title investigations, negotiates planning agreements (including Section 106 agreements and deeds of variation to section 106 agreements), negotiates the sale of affordable housing (including golden brick and turn-key transactions), ancillary infrastructure agreements (such as Section 278 agreements and Section 38 agreements), and negotiates required deeds of easement and wayleave agreements.
She also works on development licences, hoarding licences, and leases for sales and marketing suites.

- Acting for a leading residential developer on the acquisition of a circa two-acre site in a prestigious riverside location in West London.
- Acting for the developer on the sale of affordable housing within the scheme and the completion of a deed of variation to an existing section 106 agreement.
- Acting for a leading residential developer on the acquisition of a former office building in a South-West London suburb.
- Acting for a leading residential developer in its initial bid process and subsequent purchase contract, development agreement (and associated documents) for a landmark regeneration of an area in London.
- Acting for a leading residential developer on the acquisition of a site in a prestigious location in London for the sum in excess of £50 million.
