Cheryl has more than 20 years’ experience acting for developers on varying sizes of plot sale developments.

Dealing with high-volume transactions from development site set-ups through to the sale and purchases of properties, she advises developers throughout the sale process from inception to completion.

She works alongside third parties (including architects, lenders, managing agents and the Land Registry) to deliver a comprehensive sales pack.

Cheryl advises on a wide range of property structures including freehold, leasehold, part-exchange purchases and the sale of property to housing associations.

Examples of Cheryl’s work include:

• Dealing with the site set-up for a large leasehold and commercial development in London.
• Drafting the lease on a development where the client does not have the full title to a small section of the building.
