Chloe is a Private Client Legal Executive.
Chloe advises across a range of private client matters, including the preparation of wills, probate applications, and estate administration.
She holds both CILEX Level 3 and Level 6 qualifications, and is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Examples of Chloe’s work include:
- Advising individuals and couples on their wills, including any applicable Inheritance Tax advice relating to their estates.
- Advising individuals and couples on Lasting Powers of Attorney, preparing the documentation and arranging their registration with the Court.
- Assisting Trustees with Trust Registrations through the Trust Registration Service.
