Daniel is a Commercial Real Estate Associate.
Daniel supports across a range of commercial property transactions.
His expertise spans the sale and purchase of freehold, the purchase of freeholds with a leaseback, auction sales and purchases. leases, agreements for leases, acquisitions, disposals, finance and refinancing of property portfolios, and asset management.
He advises on option agreements, exclusivity agreements and pre-emption agreements in connection with commercial property and land transactions, and assists landlords and tenants in relation to the creation, termination, transfer and surrender of leasehold property, along with general leasehold advice.
Working with clients across a range of sectors, Daniel advises universities and further education colleges on all aspects of leasehold work (including acquisitions and disposals of commercial or mixed-use property); advises on high-rise mixed-use property portfolios (including providing guidance on remediation licences following the implementation of the Building Safety Act 2022); and supports GPs, pharmacists and dentists in the healthcare sector with the sale and purchase of freeholder property, lease extensions, and general leasehold advice.
