David is a Commercial Consultant.
David has more than 15 years of experience advising clients across the aviation sector on a broad range of complex domestic and international transactions. He has expertise in the acquisition and sale of new and pre-owned aircraft and helicopters, aircraft financing (including pre-delivery payment financing), operating and finance leases, business jet repossessions, aircraft management agreements, and private jet interior completion agreements.
David provides support throughout the transaction lifecycle, including advising on transaction structures, drafting and negotiating letters of intent and key transaction documents, managing conditions precedent, and guiding clients through to successful completion.
