Dominic advises across all aspects of a company’s lifecycle, with expertise in various areas relating to companies, other businesses, and how they are structured and funded.
Working with directors, shareholders, and investors, Dominic mainly deals with main-market, owner- and family-managed SMEs across a range of sectors,
Dominic also advises private clients on planning for succession within family businesses.

- Advising Oldham Seals Group (a designer and manufacturer of components for warships and submarines) on its sale to Arline Group.
- Acting for Mercia Garden Products on the sale of its sheds manufacturing business.
- Advising Amethyst Radiotherapy on its acquisition of Medical Equipment Solutions and associated companies, and specialist cancer treatment centres based London and Sheffield.
- Advising Flexotronix, a Brighton-based printing business, with applications in the healthcare sector.
- Advising BVG Group on a three-way capital reduction demerger in order to sell component parts of the business.
