Emily is a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor.
Emily advises across a range of complex commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and portfolio management.
She also advises on Land Registry title issues, a lack of necessary rights or covenants, issues with funding, and difficult negotiations with prospective tenants and landlords.
Emily works with a diverse client base including investors, entrepreneurs, developers, business owners and high net-worth individuals.
Examples of Emily’s work include:
- Reviewing leases, reporting on termination provisions, and advising on breaches and possible pitfalls.
- Assisting on lease renewals of multiple units across an industrial estate.
- Assisting with a complex refinance involving restructuring of the land and ownership and the grant of easements.
