Emma is a Residential Property Partner.
Emma advises across the full property lifecycle, spanning the sale, purchase, and remortgaging of freehold and leasehold property, complex titles, and transactions involving land.
Her expertise also includes managing, acquiring, and refinancing property portfolios, making adverse possession applications; re-constituting deeds at the Land Registry where title deeds have been lost; sales and purchases of re-possessed and Law of Property Act properties; acting on, and drafting deeds for, property transfers involving complex trust arrangements; and Family Investment and Property Investment Company arrangements.
Accredited by the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), Emma supports landlords, property investors, developers, high-net-worth individuals, sportspeople, business owners, and clients who are no longer domiciled in the UK with property transactions across England and Wales – including intercompany, company-to-individual, and individual-to-company property transfers.
