Emma is a Residential Property Associate.
Emma supports corporate clients, individuals, trusts, executors and other personal representatives to navigate a range of property matters.
She has particular expertise advising clients on sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new-build plot sales, voluntary lease extensions, residential and commercial property auctions, transfers of land, and property matters following a marital breakdown or separation.
She works with landlords of freehold buildings, alongside developers selling freehold plots and leasehold properties (including those subject to planning conditions).

- Advising on a confidential and sensitive purchase for a high-net-worth client.
- Advising on the sale and purchase of a residential property requiring detailed checks of building regulations and planning permission to ensure compliance prior to completion.
- Guiding a client through a shared ownership purchase, clarifying pre-emption provisions and the process when an owner acquires 100% ownership of the property.
- Managing mortgage and re-mortgage transactions for various residential properties.
- Assisting clients with property matters related to probate and matrimonial issues.
