She has extensive expertise across all legal aspects of real estate, including commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals of freehold commercial premises, commercial lending, and the property elements of business sales and purchases.
Emma works with clients across a broad range of industries and sectors, including established businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and individuals.

- Acting on the sale of industrial units and plots on an established business park.
- Acting for landlords in relation to the grant of leases to new retail tenants.
- Acting for a landlord in relation to the grant of leases on their business park.
- Advising on the acquisition of new lease for use by the tenant client as a container park.
- Overseeing the acquisition of new freehold commercial premises for use by the buyer client as their warehousing and distribution facility, and acting for the lender in relation to the mortgage.
