Francesca is a Knowledge Lawyer.
Francesca has more than twenty years of family law experience.
Prior to moving into knowledge management, Francesca advised a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, on complex family law matters. Her expertise includes divorce and financial remedy proceedings, international relocation of children, private adoption, and wealth protection through pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements.
Throughout her career, Francesca has been a strong advocate of non-court dispute resolution where appropriate. As a collaboratively trained lawyer, she has extensive experience working within a multidisciplinary team model to help clients achieve tailored and constructive outcomes, often avoiding the need for contested court proceedings. This approach enabled her to navigate complex and sensitive family matters while maintaining a focus on achieving practical and lasting solutions for her clients.
In her role as Knowledge Lawyer, Francesca draws on her extensive practice experience to support and develop our Family service offering. She is responsible for delivering training, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, maintaining, and developing precedents, and ensuring that colleagues remain up to date with the latest case law and best practice. Francesca’s role plays a key part in ensuring that colleagues receive a consistently premium service.
Francesca is a member of Resolution – an organisation of family justice professionals committed to resolving family disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational manner. As a member, she adheres to Resolution’s Code of Practice, which promotes a collaborative and client-focused approach to family law matters.
