With particular expertise in commercial real estate matters, Gemma works with a diverse client base including individuals, partnerships, trusts, charitable organisations, corporates, pension funds and banks across the retail, leisure, industrial, offices, and investment sectors.
Gemma’s areas of expertise include acquisitions, disposals, asset management, asset strategy, development and development strategy, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters (including lettings), with specialist experience of complex property transactions, secured lending transactions, and the implications of the Charities Act requirements on UK property matters.
