Georgia is a Corporate Solicitor.
Georgia advises across a variety of corporate matters.
She works with a broad range of clients including private companies and individuals across a variety of sectors.
Her experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations, company incorporations and other company transactions.
She also has experience supporting transactions through due diligence exercises, preparing and reviewing transactional documentation, and assisting clients throughout the lifecycle of corporate deals.
She ensures clients receive joined-up advice, particularly where personal, business and property interests of a client overlap within a transaction.
Examples of Georgia’s work include:
- Working with the shareholder of a company, specialising in the supply of PPE and workwear, on the sale of the business.
- Supporting with the re-registration of a public limited company to a private limited company, including liaising with the takeover panel.
- Supporting a financial planning and wealth management group with multiple acquisitions.
- Supporting a client with their first acquisition.
