Harry is a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate.
Harry supports private and institutional investors and developers in relation to the full real estate lifecycle, including real estate finance and syndicated investment. This includes asset management for business parks and industrial estates, acquisition and disposal of investment assets in the retail sector (including with upstairs development potential), industrial sector (including multi-let estates), and living sector (principally buy-to-let portfolios, serviced apartments and PBSA).
He also has experience in acquisition and forward funding for owners and occupiers of development sites.
Harry also provides support with real estate finance on behalf of both lenders and borrowers, including development finance and bridging finance.
Examples of Harry’s work include:
- Advising on an office lease renewal with significant capital contributions for more than £1 million, including advising on the relevant tax considerations.
- Overseeing an industrial multi-let acquisition for private investors with significant environmental considerations for circa £3.5million.
- Acting on an industrial sale and leaseback for private investors for more than £5 million.
- Advising on a PBSA forward-fund disposal for 200+ rooms.
- Advising on a service accommodation forward-fund disposal for £3 million.
