Hayley specialises in commercial property matters, with particular expertise in commercial acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, asset strategy, land acquisition, site structuring, leasing strategy, investment transactions, and funding.
From conducting due diligence and investigating land titles to reviewing planning permission and handling secured commercial lending, Hayley acts as a strategic legal partner for high-value real estate.
She works with business owners, investors, developers, landlords and tenants to navigate complex transactions; advises developers on site acquisitions and set-up; acts for local authorities on a range of commercial real estate transactions; and manages the acquisition, leasing, financing, sale and development of commercial properties to protect commercial interests and mitigate risk.
