Helen Martin-Bell

Helen works with individuals in connection with purchases and sales of shared ownership properties.

She also deals with staircasing (whether interim or final), transfers of shared ownership properties, and has experience in acting for Housing Associations on a variety of different conveyancing transactions (including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases).

Examples of Helen’s work include:

• Acting on behalf of Housing Associations in connection with their acquisition of leasehold properties, including for a Rough Sleeper project.
• Acting for Housing Associations in connection with their sales of properties by auction and void sales (both freehold and leasehold).
• Acting for Housing Associations in connection with their purchases (including buy-backs of properties to facilitate their regeneration project).
