Jade is a Family Solicitor.
Jade advises individuals navigating relationship breakdowns and supports them through the divorce and financial remedy process, with particular expertise in identifying assets and investigating the extent to which assets have not been disclosed.
She works with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, directors, professionals, agricultural landowners, and their respective spouses.
Her expertise includes advising families and individuals regarding children’s living arrangements (including preparing applications for urgent proceedings); preparing non-molestation order applications; assisting high-net-worth professionals with large property portfolios, intricate business structures and pensions; and preparing pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Examples of Jade’s work include:
- Assisting on Notice to Show Cause application which proceeded to final hearing.
- Assisting with a Children Act Application which saw our client obtain primary care of the children and the implementation of an order preventing the respondent from making further court applications regarding the children without first obtaining the court’s permission to do so.
- Assisting in advising a high-net-worth individual experiencing marital difficulties on protecting her position within the marriage, and her position upon any subsequent divorce.
