Jamie is a Residential Property Partner.
Jamie acts on a wide range of residential property matters – from first-time buyers to high-value prime properties, as well as small-scale development projects for bespoke developer clients.
Jamie also acts for several Oxford Colleges in their residential investments, both in terms of pure college-owned property as well as joint ownership schemes to assist fellows in purchasing within the Oxford market
Examples of Jamie’s work include:
- Acting for a developer in acquiring a site for the conversion of existing property as well as the erection of additional dwellings in an Oxfordshire village which saw the subsequent plat sales exceed the value of properties achieved in that location.
- Advising on the purchase of a new-build apartment for an offshore-based client in a prestigious high-value London development.
- Acting for an elderly client on the sale of their longstanding home to enable them to move into care which including attending the client at the home.
- Overseeing a sale and purchase for clients moving house where there were difficult time constraints and a long chain requiring additional management of the chain and expectations.
