Jenny is a Commercial Real Estate Partner.
Jenny advises corporate clients and individuals on the full range of real estate transactions. Her areas of expertise include dealing with several purchases and onward sales of development land following construction.
She has also worked closely with industrial end users in their property needs including sales and purchases of new sites and construction and leasing of new facilities.
Jenny has also acted for investors in the full range of property management transactions; and sales, purchases and landlord and tenant matters (including renewals, surrenders, regears and new leases). She works to fulfill clients’ objectives for their real estate assets, be it securing a renewal on favourable terms or a longer-term development project for a landlord’s own use.
She also supports in real estate aspects of share sale and purchases and more complicated structures such as Limited Liability Partners as a joint venture vehicle for development.
Examples of Jenny’s work include:
- Acting for a Plc on the sale of a large contaminated industrial site.
- Acting for a developer on the purchase, construction and onward sale of a site to the city council for affordable housing circa 100 units.
- Acting on the real estate aspects of a joint venture to develop and lease three accommodation blocks for a private education provider.
- Acting for a charity investor in the sale and purchase of investments properties in both hospitality and office sectors.
