Jessica is an Employment Senior Associate.
Jessica advises individuals, corporate entities and businesses across the UK and globally across a range of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR matters.
Her non-contentious work includes preparing internal documentation (such as contracts of employment, consultancy agreements and staff handbooks), and assisting with the planning and implementation of various internal HR processes (including disciplinary and grievance procedures, complex restructuring, redundancy and TUPE matters).
She also assists on a range of contentious matters including drafting ET3 forms and grounds of response; dealing with submissions; drafting tribunal applications and associated paperwork (including witness statements and rounds of opposition); representing clients at preliminary hearings; dealing with any case management orders; and advising on settlement negotiations.
Examples of Jessica’s work include:
- Advising on the acquisition of multiple entities by one purchaser.
- Representing a client business on a complex tribunal matter.
- Advising a business on the commencement and management of a complex redundancy process which involved multiple sites across the UK.
