Jodie is a Private Client Associate.
With more than twenty years’ experience, Jodie specialises in advising on estate administration and probate.
She supports executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries with all aspects of administering estates, including experience dealing with complex, high-value estates, and estates with foreign elements.
Her expertise inclues guiding clients through the probate process, obtaining grants of representation, identifying and valuing assets and liabilities, preparing Inheritance Tax returns, settling debts and taxes, and ensuring the estate is distributed in accordance with the deceased’s will or relevant intestacy rules.
