Joe is a Corporate Senior Associate.
Joe advises corporates, private equity funds and portfolio companies across a range of corporate transactions and governance matters.
He works with both UK and international businesses, including supporting a number of Swedish private equity-backed platform companies to execute their growth strategies and navigate the legal and commercial issues that arise from investing in the UK market.
Joe’s practice encompasses acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, group reorganisations, restructurings and general corporate advisory work.
He also regularly supports clients pursuing buy-and-build and buy-and-hold strategies, including acting on acquisitions, bolt-on investments, disposals and post-acquisition reorganisations.

- Advising Swedish-based WTR Group (a portfolio company of Aspira Partners) on its UK acquisition strategy, including the acquisitions of Hydromarque, Euroflo and SI Pumps.
- Advising Swedish-based Teqt Group (a portfolio company of Aspira Partners) on its UK acquisition strategy.
- Advising Swedish-based, Qflow Group (a portfolio company of Aspira Partners) on its UK acquisition strategy, including Caneparo Assocites and EAS Transport Planning.
- Advising Writech (a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity) on its UK acquisition strategy, and supporting on Waterland’s exit to APi Group.
- Advising MTM Engineering (a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity) on its UK acquisition strategy.
