Karl is a Commercial Real Estate Associate.
Karl advises clients on property aspects of dental transactions. His clients are typically smaller to medium SMEs in the healthcare sector.
Karl deals with all manner of commercial property work, particularly landlord and tenant-based. He also works on property-only transactions.
Karl has acted for Pension Funds, SMEs in a variety of transactions including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and development work – and specialises in transactions involving the sale, purchase, incorporation and finance of dental practices.
Examples of Karl’s work include:
- Assisting in corporate demerger involving the transfer of a portfolio of properties valued at an estimated £5 million.
- Assisting in purchase of portfolio of dental practices with incidental financing.
- Assisting in share sale of a company with property holdings.
- Assisting with transfer and refinance in the context of dental practice incorporation.
