Kenton is a Client Services Director, responsible for leading our business in Teesside. His focus is on our clients and relationships across Teesside and the wider region, combining a strong understanding of the local community with access to expertise across our national network.
Kenton works closely with clients to understand what matters to them and the support they need. By bringing together expertise from across our business, he helps ensure clients have access to the right people and advice as their needs develop, whether locally or elsewhere across the country.
His knowledge of Teesside and the relationships he has developed across the region also enable him to make valuable connections for clients, drawing on both our local relationships and wider national network.
Kenton is an active part of Teesside’s professional and wider community, developing relationships with businesses, individuals, advisers and organisations across the region and strengthening the connections that enable us to support clients both locally and nationally.
Kenton is an experienced Dispute Resolution lawyer, advising businesses and individuals on complex commercial disputes. His work includes contractual and company disputes, professional negligence, insolvency, property disputes and contentious probate, with particular experience advising mid-sized businesses on contractual and shareholder matters
He takes a practical approach to resolving disputes, helping clients assess the commercial issues and risks involved and determine the most appropriate route to resolution. His experience includes high-value contractual and fraud claims, large-scale property disputes and shareholder disputes involving unfair prejudice, breaches of directors’ duties and allegations of fraud.
