Kerianne is a Residential Property Senior Associate.
Kerianne has extensive experience of dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freeholds, leaseholds, private estates, new builds, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and lease extensions. She regularly handles a wide range of complex property matters.
She routinely acts for a large range of clients including private individuals, high-net-worth individuals, start-up and seasoned investors and limited companies in relation to transactions in London and across the South East, as well as the more local private estates (such as St Georges Hill and the Crown Estate). Kerianne also has considerable experience assisting overseas and international clients with UK property purchases.
Examples of Kerianne’s work include:
- Advising a limited company on several remortgages within their property portfolio.
- Acting for a freehold management company of a building on 10 lease extensions.
- Advising on the sale of a multi-million-pound property in the St Georges Hill estate.
