Laura is experienced in property acquisitions and disposals, acting on transactions involving investment, development, and operational property. She also advises property investors on asset management matters, supporting the effective management of property portfolios.
Laura’s work spans a wide range of transactions, from the acquisition and disposal of investment and operational properties to the ongoing management of property portfolios. Laura regularly advises clients on occupational arrangements, supporting both landlords and tenants through lease negotiations and wider asset management matters. Laura’s landlord and tenant work includes the negotiation of leases, renewals, agreements for lease, assignments, underlettings and surrenders.
Clients include successful businesses, private individuals, landlords and occupiers operating in a variety of sectors.

- Acting on the sale of a warehouse and distribution centre with a transaction value of £5.2 million.
- Advising the lender in the finance of a multi-let office building.
