Laura is a Residential Property Partner.
Laura advises and supports individuals and companies on all types of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, assents and first registrations.
She works with individuals and companies in all elements of residential property, including those who are making their next move, selling or transferring ownership following a change in family circumstances and landlords purchasing investment properties to build their buy to let portfolio.
Her experience includes acting for clients in central London transactions including acting for non-UK resident purchasers in buying second homes or properties for the children attending university in the UK.

- Purchase of large country homes with barns, outbuildings and fields.
- Self-build mortgage of property purchased with a view to development.
