Her expertise spans freehold and leasehold acquisitions and sales, complex title investigations, refinancing, development purchases, and transactions involving offshore ownership structures.
She works with UK and international individuals, families, family offices, trustees and corporate entities on the acquisition, disposal, and refinancing of high-value residential property across prime central London.
With particular experience in new build transactions, she works closely with developers, sales teams, lenders and professional advisers to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
