Lauren is a Residential Property Solicitor.
Lauren advises across a range of residential conveyancing matters, with particular expertise in investment property sales.
Her practice spans leasehold and freehold sales and purchases; remortgages and refinancing; transfers of equity; title review and defect resolution; unregistered land transactions; and gifting property and intra-family transfers.
Alongside her work with investors, Lauren supports with individuals buying and selling their own homes, alongside acting on matters involving unregistered land (including sales and purchases of unregistered property, and voluntary first registrations).
Examples of Lauren’s work include:
- Acting on the sale of investment properties involving tight turnaround times.
- Acting on the purchase and sale of leasehold properties where Building Safety Act 2022 requirements formed part of the transaction.
- Acting for both lenders and property owners on residential remortgages.
- Undertaking first registration matters involving previously-unregistered land, including title investigations and reviewing historic title documentation.
- Overseeing a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
