Lesley is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with experience across residential conveyancing transactions ranging from lower-value to high-value matters. She liaises with relevant professionals to progress property transactions efficiently.
Her work includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and variations, and new-build sales and purchases.
Lesley manages a busy caseload from instruction through to completion while maintaining regulatory compliance and clear client support.
