Libia is a Private Client Associate.
Libia specialises in wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, tax planning, and elderly and vulnerable client services. She has particular interest in later years and taxation.
Libia support clients of all ages, including those with complex needs who may need extra guidance and requirements. She can deal with all aspects of the administration of an estate and trusts to include the preparation and submission of tax returns and registration with HMRC.
She is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
Examples of Libia’s work include:
- Dealing with complex estates with cross-border issues and foreign assets.
- Dealing with an estate where the testator was born in Germany, moved to the UK as a child, got married, divorced, and had children in the UK, then moved to the US and bought assets there before moving permanently to Brazil.
