As General Counsel and Company Secretary, Lisa leads the legal, governance and compliance work that protects the business and supports its continued development. An accomplished corporate lawyer, Lisa has extensive experience of complex transactions and having led Knights acquisitions since 2012, she has a unique insight into the acquisition of LLP structures. Her detailed command of corporate and banking law makes her central to progressing acquisitions from their initial legal structure through financing, negotiation and completion. Lisa brings formidable intellect, energy and determination to her role. She has an ability to absorb significant detail, identify the legal and structural issues that matter, and maintain momentum through demanding and often multifaceted transactions. Her exacting standards and technical precision provide assurance that acquisitions and other significant corporate matters are executed thoroughly and effectively.

As Company Secretary, Lisa supports the Board and wider leadership in meeting the governance responsibilities of a listed business. She ensures that legal, regulatory and governance requirements are understood and addressed, providing challenge where needed and maintaining a clear focus on the integrity of the business. Lisa provides strategic oversight of regulatory compliance, professional standards and risk management across the business.
