Louise is a Residential Property Partner.
Louise supports clients with all types of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of complex country properties and working with developers following land acquisition to set up residential developments – including drafting all site documentation and the formation of management companies.
Louise collaborates closely with smaller regional developers, assisting in site setups and plot sales to ensure successful project outcomes.
When working with local developers, Louise is involved at planning stage to assist with the best way to structure the development and advise where management companies may or may not need to be involved.
Examples of Louise’s work include:
- Acting for a client in the purchase of a high-value leasehold property in Hampstead with complex leasehold issues.
- Acting for a developer in the sale of 14 high-value properties on the River Thames, including drafting all sale documentation and formation of a management company for the communal areas.
- Supporting clients with tight timescales and achieving exchange and completion within two weeks for a client purchasing a million-pound home in Worcestershire.
- Acting for a developer for a Birmingham city centre development of 14 leasehold apartments, including drafting all site documentation, forming a residential management company for the common parts, and arranging for the disposal of the freehold at the end of the development.
